I didn't read what the video was about before I viewed it. I was 2 minuets into the video before I realized that the young woman had no arm. Given the situation with my arm, I realized that I have nothing to fear. My yoga that I do is not so much about doing it with limited to no use of my right arm, but to focus on doing whatever I do gracefully. It's all beautiful.
One way or another, striving for 100% is the goal. Thank you for putting this out there. Love, Susan
